An Afternoon of Yoga, Deep Ecology & Nature Connection
Rhodes, Mundaring, WA
1pm – 5pm
Step out of the noise and into the bush for a crisp afternoon of embodied practice and nature connection.
This small-group immersion brings together yoga, deep ecology and guided outdoor reflection in the open woodland at Rhodes. A spacious and grounded experience, the afternoon moves gently from body, to earth, to shared food and fire circle. We’ll immerse ourselves in the sensory elements of the winter woodland landscape, and experiment with wellbeing practices that are designed to nourish and revitalise us through the cool weather.
This is a collaborative offering: Mindful in Nature X The Secret Almanac. It is held by two experienced facilitators with training in yoga, deep ecology and group process. Limited to 15 participants. The small group size allows for depth, safety and meaningful engagement.
A grounding yoga/breath session with Hannah to warm the body, settle the nervous system, and tune in.
