Hey Free People,
Yoga and meditation aren’t just quiet practices.
They’re an source of strength and understanding (both physically, and mentally).
Through consistent practice, I have reversed my chronic illness, transformed my physical and mental health, and completely changed my relationship with my Self and with the wider world.
But honestly… when I first tried yoga and meditation, I didn’t get it.
Turns out all I needed was the right understanding and the right approach.
That’s why I’m passionate about thoughtful, tailored practices.
I have a background in mechatronics engineering and keen respect for the rigour of modern science.
But the bones of this practice come straight from the source, inspired by the work of Swami Shyam.
Our practice will bring these worlds together.
