The Secret Almanac is a quarterly outdoor activity book that seeks to illuminate the natural world, and connect us to our planet and to ourselves. Each edition contains contributions from select artists, scientists, and big thinkers, plus 12 unique prompts designed to get you outside, shaped by their voices.

Within these pages,

big thinkers, artists, and scientists alike gather to share their ideas, their stories and their work, and invite you outside to tune in for yourself.
Our prompts may be thoughtful, mindful, active, creative, or all of the above, but all prompts promise to get you outdoors.

In each book,

you’ll find stories, science, art and more which inspire a series of 12 prompts, along with blank pages for you to respond to each prompt - record, reflect, create, and imagine.
Each book also comes with access to Secret Extras, and the chance to contribute to community projects, from galleries to collective activism.

or overwhelemed by the challenges facing our Earth, you’re not alone. It’s a wild world, but if you’re willing to take a closer look, there’s a lot of good out there too.
